• 1. Map Data Opportunities

You want to get into data analytics but don't know where exactly to start? We will sit with you and map what data assets you have, what data you could potentially get (external data, etc.) and what are the opportunities in your business processes (sales, operations, finance, risk, etc.) where analytics and data could be used to increase efficiency and improve business results.

    2. Select Most Promising Pilot(s)

From the possible ideas we will help you choose the most promising ones and figure out how to pilot them in a smart way = not to spend too much time and money but to make it as real as possible to get the most useful insights out of it and ideally also technologically provide a backbone on which the fullscale solution could be built (not a technological dead-end).

    3. Gather, clean-up and connect data

We will help you collect the relevant data, process and join it up and also make sure that it's sufficiently clean for the given purpose. We can work in different modes depending on your preference:

    • over the cloud (Microsoft Azure, Google Big Query, Amazon Redshift) - the best for fast prototyping
    • on your premises and infrastructure - we are typically able to adapt to common database (both SQL and noSQL), ETL and DQ technologies

    4. Analyze Data and Find Insights

The iterative process of exploring the data, trying different variables and assessing their predictive power, trying different model types (logistic regression, support vector machines, neural networks, clustering, etc.) and testing.

    5. Visualize Insights

To get real business value, it is essential for the business to understand what the resulting data really mean. That is why we focus on the visualization of data into dashboards (both the actual input data and the analytics results) to help communicate insights and interact with them. We work with a combination of paid and free visualization and dashboarding tools depending on your preferences (Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft PowerBI).

    6. Productionalization and Integration into Business Process

The step which is often neglected but in the end is the most important one. We know that nice models, charts and presentations are worthless unless there is some real impact into business processes and something is actually being done differently. Thanks to our cross-functional backgrounds we can help you design and implement the process change including the people (train people, guidelines, processes, etc.) and technological aspects (integrate in business systems, create web app, etc.) and leave you only when the whole process is actually working.
